Ordering Information
We print on demand. Upon ordering, the giclees are personally printed just for you, hand stretched, boxed and shipped. Please allow 2-3 weeks from time of order for delivery.

Shipping Charges
Add $40 shipping fees per giclee to your order. If you are ordering multiple giclees, call 800-331-6375 for a quote.
Shipping Methods
We are able to ship orders only to locations inside the United States due to the complexities and expenses of international shipping. Artisan ships all orders via FedEx Ground throughout the continental United States when possible except packages to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. These will be shipped via USPS Parcel Post unless otherwise requested. If you request FedEx 2-Day Express and Overnight Express, please contact us as these shipments are charged at a higher rate.
Sales Tax
If you live in New Mexico, you will be charged the appropriate sales tax.
Return Policy
As we custom print your giclee upon your order, they are non-returnable unless there is a defect in workmanship.
Please open and inspect all packages immediately after they arrive to check for damage or defect in workmanship. To report any problems with your order, please call us at 800-331-6375. We must first authorize all returns and give you return instructions. Returns must be made within 10 working days after package has been received.
We cannot be liable for damage, which might occur in transit. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact the carrier for adjustment.

We will not share or sell any of your personal information with anyone. Information you give us is secure whether it is by Internet, E-mail, phone, fax, or mail. Our Webstore is hosted on a state of the art secure browser.
